So the White Rabbit has a few curious abilities. Notably, he can change the signs within the World(s) from the hub, he can open its many doors, and, according to Teacher, he has the ability to make parents or adults turn cold and unfeeling toward their children (or perhaps children in general). Like the Cheshire Cat, the souls he eats cause his victims to go comatose, generally. Also, he is a shapeshifter, changing his name and face to suit his victims' need as the guide character that follows things.
This is less important, though.
The bigger thing is that he is a mind reader, an ability he often uses to help his victims along right into his stomach. If you are okay with this, please, by all means, reply here and let me know:
Can he read your character's mind? Yes or no.
What might he learn? Anything on the surface, just what's in brackets at the time, or do you wanna get into their past/details here. This helps if I'm canonblind and Rabbit decides to Actually Be Unlazy.
Anything else? Anything else you can think of, like if your character has a prevention for this ability or if they can block it.

What might he learn? Feel free to read brackets; I'll be sure to narrate some of his trains of thought when tagging. He's got some big gaps in his memory, especially in his childhood/adolescence, thanks to an Incident in which someone was retconned out of his universe. He tends to focus on his hopes and dreams, dismissing negative thoughts and only paying attention to the positive interpretations.
Anything else? Papyrus is a flighty guy with some really weird ideas about how the world works. Reading his mind might be a little like stepping into a pastel Salvador DalĂ painting.
